America Tire Distributors named Todd Sanders and Keith Calcagno as its chief sales officer and chief strategy officer, respectively. Fleet Advantage has promoted Don Davis to executive vice-president of national accounts, and TEN appointed Peter Lynch as its chief financial officer. Stevens Transport promoted Nick Forte to senior vice-president of fleet services, and Kooner Fleet Management Solutions appointed Bill Cooper as vice-president of sales. American Tire Distributors (ATD) has announced two senior leadership appointments to its team. Todd Sanders has been promoted to chief sales officer, where he will oversee ATD's sales organization, customer service operations, and Tire Pros franchise development. Sanders will lead the company's sales strategy across all channels, with a focus on alignment, performance, and customer engagement, according to a news release. Sanders has more than 25 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket. He most recently served as ATD's senior vice-president of business development and strategy, guiding the company's growth initiatives. Before joining ATD, he held senior roles at Advance Auto Parts and CarQuest Auto Parts, leading commercial sales growth and customer program development. Transportation Equipment Network (TEN), a North American trailer rental and service company, has appointed Peter Lynch as its chief financial officer (CFO). Lynch brings more than 20 years of financial management experience at leading industrial companies, including PLASKOLITE, Honeywell, Kärcher, and Gates Corporation. Most recently, he served as CFO at PLASKOLITE, where he helped drive growth and improve operational efficiency, according to a news release. In his new role, Lynch will oversee all accounting and finance functions across TEN. He will manage day-to-day financial operations and reporting to the board of directors, lenders, and internal stakeholders while aligning the company's financial strategy with its operational priorities to enhance profitability and return on investment. Forte promoted to senior vice-president, fleet services. Stevens Transport, a Dallas, Texas-based fleet, announced the promotion of Nick Forte to senior vice-president of fleet services. In his expanded role, Forte will set the long-term vision and strategy for fleet operations, ensuring continued alignment with company-wide goals, according to the compan's LinkedIn post. He will oversee strategic initiatives spanning maintenance, operations, safety, and procurement to drive performance, efficiency, and innovation. Forte has been with the company since 2022, serving as vice-president of maintenace for almost four years. Prior to joining Stevens Transport, he has held leadership roles in fleet maintenance at Prime and Hirschbach in Missouri and Iowa. Cooper becomes vice-president of sales at Kooner FMS. Kooner Fleet Management Solutions, a provider of on-site fleet management, mobile repair and preventative maintenance services, announced the appointment of Bill Cooper as vice-president of sales. Cooper - who has consistently scaled sales organizations, built data-driven go-to-market strategies, and driven sustainable revenue growth across the trucking, logistics, mobility, and B2B payments industries - brings more than two decades of executive-level sales leadership experience in fleet management, payments, and SaaS, to the new role, according to a news release. Most recently, he held a role if chief revenue officer at SBD Technologies, developed the go-to-market plan and sales model for AI-driven EV fleet charging reimbursement services. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Monite, Justt, STARC Systems, and WEX where he directed customer acquisition and partner sales for fleet and over-the-road business units representing hundreds of millions in revenue, the release reads.
