- Conduct quarterly or six-monthly audits of accounts and finance records, including sampling-based verification, accounting-standard and legal-compliance checks, procedure reviews, improvement suggestions, and follow-up on previous audit findings.
- Conduct in-depth and special audits of selected areas from the initial process through completion, including detailed verification of documents, records, and procedures.
- Conduct retail store audits across India covering retail procedure compliance, policy and procedure compliance, physical stock takes, documentation, and ambiance audits.
- Conduct depot audits according to schedule, checking standard operating procedure compliance, related policies and procedures, physical stock on a test-check basis, documentation, and legal compliance.
- Conduct stock take audits at mother warehouses and subcontractor locations, including stock-take activities performed by the logistics team, to ensure procedures are followed and no stock remains uncounted.
- Audit scrapping activities at depots to verify compliance with procedures and physical scrapping of defective stock when scheduled or requested by management.
- Draft audit reports from audit findings in consultation with the Head of Department for Audit, discuss reports and obtain comments from relevant departments or heads, release reports, and track follow-up.
- Assist with annual, six-monthly, and quarterly audit planning and track audits accordingly.
- Maintain monthly trackers for retail and depot audits.
- Commerce graduate qualification is preferred.
