Responsibilities

- Execute routine maintenance tasks and complex repairs.
- Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle issues.
- Use manufacturer-specific tools and follow manufacturer guidelines for repairs.
- Explain technical issues and repair procedures to service advisors and customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Stay updated on the latest vehicle technologies and repair techniques.
- Achieve and maintain ASE certification.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the service department.
- Document all repair and maintenance work accurately in the service management system.
Desired Qualifications
- Nissan training, experience, or certification is preferred.
- Current ASE certification is preferred.
