Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is a plus).
  • Experience in financial reconciliation and accounting roles.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the audit and setup of the new Fin Ops Invoicing system. This will include setting up new customer cards, completing parallel testing between current invoicing processes against new automated processes, and working closely with the Client Support team to help as changes are implemented.
  • Prepares monthly journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation (following GAAP)
  • Prepare accurate and timely client revenue share reports.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external collaborators to address month-end questions/queries.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of financial transactions, including bank statements, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger accounts, and other financial records.
  • Identify and investigate discrepancies, variances, or irregularities in financial data, and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and organized reconciliation documentation, including supporting records and audit trails, ensuring compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, streamline workflows, and implement standard methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and company policies, assisting in audits when vital.
