- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience in Performance Measurement and Attribution
- Basic understanding of Power BI and Excel macros
- Familiarity with Aladdin and FactSet
- Join a dynamic team, working closely with Portfolio Managers and Performance Analysts, playing an integral role in daily and monthly returns calculation for various reporting purposes
- Calculate index, fund, and client returns (daily, monthly, yearly) for Active and Indexing strategies
- Perform attribution analysis for Active and Indexing strategies
- Reconcile cash flows between systems
- Identify corporate action events impacting the performance of accounts/funds
- Detect pricing issues affecting account/fund performance
- Conduct account research to finalize returns
- Address performance-related ad hoc queries from Portfolio Managers, Client Relationship teams, and RFP/RFQ teams
