  • 1-3 years in a product marketing, sales enablement, or customer success role for a software or transportation company.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects is essential.
Responsibilities
  • Understand and support our GTM teams; train them on the problems we solve for our customers.
  • Create compelling and persuasive product marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, product pages, presentations, and customer stories.
  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches and expansion into new use cases.
  • Lead customer research, synthesize insights, and develop deep expertise in target customer segments, verticals, personas, and use cases.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product optimization and new growth initiatives.
  • Work with Marketing to ensure consistent messaging across channels and talk tracks for events and speaking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing to gather product information, conduct market research, and refine messaging and positioning.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, track key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
