Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent relevant experience
  • Excellent business, leadership, and HR acumen, comfortable navigating ambiguity and ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
  • Experience designing and managing employee benefits programs, and selecting and managing vendors
  • Experience designing and implementing new benefit plans and programs, and with benefits program measurement and analytics
  • Experience continuously improving programs and delivering efficiencies
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Responsibilities
  • Partnering with key stakeholders on change management, integration, training and communications that drive awareness and utilisation of benefits programs
  • Ensuring benefits offered are equitable, accessible and affordable for employees
  • Improving simplifying and automating the employee benefits experience, from awareness and enrolment through utilisation of all programs
  • Measuring and reporting on benefit and vendor performance
  • Benchmarking benefit plans and programs to understand how our benefit offerings compare to the external market
  • Partnering with key internal and external stakeholders and vendors to develop employee feedback mechanisms to identify any benefit problems, gaps, issues or opportunities
  • Ensuring that all benefit programs and plans are compliant with our policies and regulatory requirements
