Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment, including administrative tasks such as travel management, expense reports, calendar management, or facilities coordination.
  • Experience managing calendars, coordinating travel, or processing expense reports.
  • Fluent German and English communication skills to support client relationship management in the region.
Responsibilities
  • Support site affairs, including offsites, meetings, events, scheduling, coordination, and the site food program.
  • Perform administrative tasks including calendar management, travel arrangements, preparing and tracking expense reports, and meeting organizational deadlines.
  • Oversee the site culture committee and plan team events and activities to build team culture.
  • Act as a point of contact for other departments and external suppliers while managing confidential information appropriately.
  • Collaborate with the global Administrative Business Partner team to execute domestic and international meetings, events, and projects.
  • Improve efficiency and responsiveness in existing operations and help define new operational strategies.
  • Serve as a technical manager for small projects.
  • Anticipate the needs of managers and team members and resolve operational and administrative issues.
  • Support team projects strategically using knowledge of Google products and services.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be proactive and resourceful.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a changing environment.
