Director of Product Management @ Garner Health

You will own the product strategy and roadmap for Garner’s algorithms to identify high-quality, affordable providers. You will identify, build, and champion features to improve Garner’s algorithms to drive better patient outcomes and cost savings for our clients. You will help define new ways to commercialize Garner’s data and magnify our impact on the US healthcare system. This role reports to the SVP of Data.

Responsibilities Will Include:

Own the product strategy and roadmap for Garner’s cost & quality algorithms
Own the product strategy and roadmap for Garner’s directory data algorithms
Partner cross functionally with data science engineering, product, and software engineering to discover and deliver new products and features
Manage a team of junior product managers and translational researchers
Identify ways to leverage Garner’s algorithms to drive development of high value commercial products

The Ideal Candidate Has:

A successful track record (6+ years of experience) as a product manager
Experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., startup, consulting, banking)
Strong interest in health economics
Experience with big data analysis (e.g., SQL or pandas)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to think in principles and frameworks to understand complex, abstract problems
A desire to contribute and be a leader in a rapidly evolving startup environment
A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the healthcare economy

The salary range for this position is: $170,000 - $195,000. Compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
