Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing office operations, handling administrative tasks, and providing support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update office databases, files, and records.
- Prepare and process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Support team members with project management and administrative tasks.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
