Requirements
  • BSc or MSc degree in engineering or business
  • 3+ years of experience in a service context (Product development, staffing, etc.)
  • Bonus: 3+ years Medical Device Experience (Development, Manufacturing, Sales)
  • Experience in recruiting passive top tech talent
  • Knowledge of effective interviewing and screening techniques
  • Established network of relevant engineering contacts and customers
  • Excellent communications skills with all levels of candidates, clients and employees
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
Responsibilities
  • Pursue new business opportunities with strategic accounts
  • Perform business development activities, outside sales, calls, social selling, networking
  • Grow existing business with established accounts
  • Support proposal development, review and negotiation
  • Close deals on service-based contracts (fixed-price, delivery-based) or on time-based contracts (delegation of consultants)
  • Continuously interview and match candidates in order to have already qualified talent ready to meet customer’s current and anticipated needs
  • Overseeing the consultant career evolution (annual review, training...)
  • Overseeing your own team of engineering consultants
  • Ensure customer' satisfaction, project follow-up
  • Manage your P&L statement for your business unit
