DXC launches DXC Workplace Services.

DXC launches DXC Workplace Services. By Dylan Bushell-Embling Monday, 17 August, 2026 DXC Technology has announced an AI-native workplace IT offering aimed at helping organisations improve productivity, strengthen employee experience, and optimise IT operations. DXC Workplace Services uses agentic AI technology to anticipate employee technology needs and reduce productivity disruptions. The solution is powered by the orchestration platform DXC OASIS, which is designed to transform managed services through agentic AI workflows. The platform is used to orchestrate the employee workplace across existing technology investments, allowing DXC to replace siloed managed service capabilities with coordinated workflows. The offering promises to help users achieve a 60% reduction in service desk calls and enable half of device issues to be resolved before employees notice. DXC also asserts that the platform can provide at least 15 hours of improved productivity per employee per month. DXC global offering lead Kelly Candler said enterprises should not have to choose between advancing business priorities, enhancing IT efficiency and improving employee experiences. "We designed DXC Workplace Services to help organisations achieve these objectives simultaneously by aligning workplace experiences to how employees work, reducing friction both within and across employees' workplace environment to facilitate a seamless, wholistic experience," she said. DXC launches CoreIgnite for financial institutions.

DXC launches CoreIgnite for financial institutions. By Dylan Bushell-Embling Tuesday, 09 June, 2026 IT services and consulting company DXC Technology has launched a cloud-native revenue orchestration platform for financial institutions. DXC CoreIgnite aims to provide customers with a single connection point to fintech ecosystems, while enabling them to orchestrate financial workflows and explore new revenue opportunities. The solution can operate across both DXC's Hogan core banking platform and third-party environments. It uses pre-built integrations and real-time orchestration to provide clients with direct access to payment networks, digital asset ecosystems and solutions from partners including Ripple, Splitit and ArcOne. DXC Technology manager of growth Sandeep Bhanote said CoreIgnite is designed to provide technology enablement and orchestration capabilities to support a broad range of use cases including embedded finance; buy now, pay later services; and payment orchestration across common payment networks. "CoreIgnite provides fintech infrastructure for financial institutions looking to innovate faster, scale more flexibly, and compete more effectively in the digital banking economy," he said. "With our secure, composable, API-first platform, banks can connect new capabilities, orchestrate financial workflows, and activate digital financial services without disrupting the core systems they rely on every day. "By decoupling innovation from the core, institutions can reduce integration complexity, move faster, and unlock new revenue opportunities at scale." DXC and Grid Dynamics stocks jump 2.9% on improved market sentiment and AI demand

DXC Technology and Grid Dynamics shares rose 2.9% and 2.8% respectively during afternoon trading as broader market sentiment improved on Iran peace deal progress and cooling Treasury yields. IT services firms are benefiting from a dual tailwind: improving macroeconomic conditions and surging demand for AI implementation projects. Lower yields increase the present value of multi-year consulting contracts, whilst Fortune 500 companies race to deploy AI agents and automation systems through these service providers. However, DXC recently reported mixed first-quarter results with revenue of $3.13 billion, meeting expectations, but issued disappointing guidance. The company's full-year adjusted earnings per share forecast of $2.65 missed analyst expectations by 19.2%. DXC shares remain down 32.4% year-to-date and are trading 41.3% below their 52-week high.
