Trimark names Mark Kellaher as Chief Operating Officer. Trimark Associates has named Mark Kellaher Chief Operating Officer. He has led complex infrastructure and energy projects and helped scale high-performing organizations. Most recently, as Vice President of Operations for energy storage at Primoris Renewable Energy, Mark managed their energy storage portfolio, led growth initiatives, and oversaw 8 GWh of concurrent utility-scale energy storage installations, helping establish the company as a Tier 1 EPC provider. Trimark Associates names Jake Golvach Chief Financial Officer. Trimark Associates has announced that Jake Golvach, MBA, has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Jake brings leadership experience in financial strategy, planning and analysis, corporate finance, M&A integration, energy infrastructure, and business development. He has held multiple, senior financial leadership positions; most recently at Priority Power Management which provides private transmission and distribution, behind-the-meter, and onsite generation assets, as well as SCADA and consulting services for commercial and industrial customers. Previously, he was Vice President of Finance at Panda Power Funds which owned and operated a portfolio of utility-scale generation assets across multiple ISO markets.
