  • You will use your influence as a change agent to innovate, optimize and scale Transformation Office and the SimpliSafe PM Community processes
  • Partner closely to define opportunities & business benefits, orchestrate delivery plans and measure business outcomes
  • Provide strategic direction while ensuring a high level of standardization and minimization of local variants throughout project execution
  • Lead and/or project manage transformation and continuous improvement projects that lead to standardized processes, improved accuracy and efficiency, reduced operating costs
  • Wear multiple hats and ability to handle multiple strategic and operational projects
  • Strategic perspective: Understanding of Business strategy, how the vision links to the transformation program, specific workstreams/initiatives; Ability to forecast predictive performance of workstreams/initiatives and suggest interventions
