- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Technology/Systems, Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Previous related internship experience
- Familiarity with modern web development technologies and practices
- Working knowledge of cloud computing (Azure a plus)
- Experience with automated testing, preferably Azure Insights, Azure Monitor
- Strong customer experience and business acumen
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Work closely with a cross-functional team, supporting Concurrency clients
- Manage a client's infrastructure and application needs within established service level agreements
- Learn new technology, including complex enterprise software products, with a continuous drive to complete formal certifications as identified
- Participate in team reviews while sharing and learning best practices
- Interact with customers, supporting technology solutions to help their businesses succeed
- Complete assigned tickets and tasks on time with quality
