Requirements
  • Willing to work full-time throughout the summer and part-time throughout the school year
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Technology/Systems, Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • Previous related internship experience
  • Familiarity with modern web development technologies and practices
  • Working knowledge of cloud computing (Azure a plus)
  • Experience with automated testing, preferably Azure Insights, Azure Monitor
  • Strong customer experience and business acumen
  • Strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with a cross-functional team, supporting Concurrency clients
  • Manage a client's infrastructure and application needs within established service level agreements
  • Learn new technology, including complex enterprise software products, with a continuous drive to complete formal certifications as identified
  • Participate in team reviews while sharing and learning best practices
  • Interact with customers, supporting technology solutions to help their businesses succeed
  • Complete assigned tickets and tasks on time with quality
