  • 10+ years of experience in M&S activities of complex systems
  • 5+ years of experience with Digital Engineering processes and tools
  • Experience in DoD Verification, Validation, and Accreditation Process
  • Experience with developing, designing, and the facilitation of M&S software and hardware
  • Experience using model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools to develop and document UML or SysML system architectures, including MagicDraw or Enterprise Architect
  • Knowledge of model validation and verification
  • Knowledge of DoD Instruction 5000 Series
  • Ability to work in a team environment and apply sound engineering judgment to compare simulation outputs with predicted hypotheses
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master’s degree
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with reverse engineering
  • Experience with engineering and mathematics
  • Experience in Verification, Validation, and Uncertainty (VVUQ) Testing
  • Experience with M&S in a digital engineering ecosystem
  • Experience extending systems models into other tools and creating Digital Twin models and simulations
  • Experience working with a DoD Test Agency such as DOT&E, ATEC, AFOTEC, and OPTEVFOR
  • Knowledge of the DoD Acquisition process
  • Knowledge of Developmental and Operational Testing
  • Ability to exhibit flexibility, initiative, and innovation
  • Doctorate degree
