Responsibilities
  • Lead our user acquisition efforts across paid channels, developing and optimizing campaigns that scale efficiently, ensuring measurable and repeatable success.
  • Identify and activate underutilized channels like Discord, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter, developing strategies to turn these into effective growth drivers.
  • Apply your deep understanding of performance marketing in gaming to create competitive advantages, comparable to hedge fund trading where small, data-driven advantages are crucial.
  • Align growth marketing strategies with overall company goals, preparing and presenting reports on growth metrics and campaign effectiveness to the executive team.
  • Drive innovation and growth through constant experiments, A/B testing across multiple platforms with a balanced approach between art and science.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in growth marketing within the gaming industry, with success in marketing lesser-known games being a significant advantage over well-known IPs.
  • You have worked in fintech, gaming, or consumer social startups.
  • You have experience with Data Driven Marketing Experience and/or have a background in competitive fields like banking, consulting, or hedge funds, where quantitative rigor and strategic insight are paramount.
  • You’re highly energetic and feel comfortable leading and pushing your team to succeed.
  • You have experience taking ownership of marketing channels with significant ($million+) spend.
  • Creative problem solver, ready to tackle complex challenges.
