Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize various internal communication channels, including the company’s intranet.
  • Support key senior leaders in crafting and delivering effective messages, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Establish metrics and benchmarks for key internal communications activities and use data to refine approaches and improve outcomes.
  • Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives that enhance engagement, morale, and foster a culture of transparency and trust within the organization.
  • Partner closely with the external communications team to successfully distribute all company news and significant company updates.
  • Work cross functionally to support the communications plans for major change initiatives, policies, and companywide updates.
