Requirements
  • Master’s degree in counseling
  • Post-Graduate training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
  • Must hold a clinical license, clinical registration, or license-eligible
  • Experience working with youth and young adults in intensive treatment setting
  • Experience and/or interest in running DBT groups
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Creative and engaging, especially over video
  • Technical ability to run effective telehealth sessions
  • Reliable WIFI connection when meeting with clients
  • Familiarity with cloud-based communication software
  • Availability during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays and Saturdays
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient-facing care through group sessions
  • Ensure groups are delivered in accordance with Charlie Health curriculum and recognized evidenced based best practices
  • Participate in collaborative Group Supervision and Treatment Team meetings
  • Work collaboratively across the care team
  • Facilitate groups in various modalities
  • Communicate with clients, care team staff, and families
  • Monitor documentation to meet standards
  • Maintain professional ethics and confidentiality
  • Other duties as assigned
