Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to meet goals and deadlines accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations
  • Experience with CAS & Disclosure Requirements including TINA.
  • Experience conducting complex cost analysis and risk modeling.
  • Proficiency in ProPricer
  • Advanced computer proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.
  • Displays exemplary ethics and business conduct and performs work cognizant of safe work practices.
  • Ability to travel (<5% of time)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Four (4) years of finance or accounting and/or pricing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Due to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a U.S. Citizen.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the development of cost volumes, ROMs, risk analysis, cost models and other analysis required to support the objectives of the company.
  • Evaluates BOE’s for adequacy.
  • Supports proposal audits, fact finding and contract negotiation discussions.
  • Supports, and provides advice on policy and regulation issues as they relate to FAR, DFARS, CAS and internal policies and procedures.
  • Gathers, organizes, and incorporates historical data and source documentation in cost proposal development.
  • Works with Contracts Manager to define requirements and ensures that all pricing and estimating products are compliant with the RFP requirements and free from error.
  • Ensures compliance with Estimating System requirements.
  • Continued focus and analysis on cost development and risk posture to ensure successful program execution.
  • Maintains labor rates, indirect rates, and escalation factors in pricing system.
