Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
  • Minimum: 5+ years of relevant experience, OR 3+ years with an advanced STEM degree
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Experience with Electrical engineering design, analysis, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with schematic capture and interpretation
  • Experience with design tools such as Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic
  • Experience using test equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters (DMMs), Network analyzers, Power meters
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and integrate test products within multi-disciplinary engineering teams
  • Develop engineering and production test systems, including: Test interface adapters; Cabling and interconnects; Technical drawings and schematics; Circuit design and analysis
  • Support full lifecycle development of test systems
  • Manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects of assigned projects
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to test system development and implementation
  • Collaborate across teams or operate independently to drive solutions to completion
  • Test system design and integration
  • Electrical engineering analysis and troubleshooting
  • Lab and production test environments
  • Interface hardware and system interconnects
Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in STEM (ABET preferred)
  • Experience with Analog, digital, and/or RF design
  • Experience with Mixed-signal and electrical system integration
  • Experience designing and integrating Digital systems
  • Experience with Electrical interconnects
  • Experience with Root cause analysis and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Integrated development environments and debugging tools
  • Ability to provide technical leadership in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Experience with Project management
  • Experience with Cost and schedule tracking
  • Experience with Bid and proposal support
  • Strong technical writing and presentation skills
  • Experience working across multiple projects and teams
  • Knowledge of Computer architecture and hardware optimization
  • Knowledge of Programming languages and implementation
  • Experience adapting existing designs for new Units Under Test (UUTs)
  • Familiarity with large-scale defense or aerospace programs
