- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years of experience with operations and live educational events management
- Previous experience in internal operations and external customer facing roles
- Highly organized, resourceful, self-starter able to multitask and work efficiently in environments where priorities change to meet operational needs
- Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross functional teams
- Ability to seek out best practices to increase efficiency
- Ability to innovate and creatively propose solutions and solve problems in a highly collaborative manner
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence platforms
- Experience with operations and live training and events management for Fortune 500 companies or large corporate training/organizational development groups
- Experience with L&D related to wellness, mental health, or health care
- Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets/Tableau)
- Lead the coordination of educational events, including customer communications, scheduling, and staffing
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures related to educational events program management and delivery
- Provide project management support to facilitate operational improvements
- Partner with program leadership to determine opportunities for new resources and services to meet customer needs
- Partner closely with Operations Manager to:
- Forecast utilization and staffing needs
- Design, document, and maintain quality assurance processes including contributing to data management
- Support technical updates and issues related to the technology infrastructure for educational events programming
- Develop and maintain systems to support digital asset management
