Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years of experience with operations and live educational events management
  • Previous experience in internal operations and external customer facing roles
  • Highly organized, resourceful, self-starter able to multitask and work efficiently in environments where priorities change to meet operational needs
  • Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross functional teams
  • Ability to seek out best practices to increase efficiency
  • Ability to innovate and creatively propose solutions and solve problems in a highly collaborative manner
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence platforms
  • Experience with operations and live training and events management for Fortune 500 companies or large corporate training/organizational development groups
  • Experience with L&D related to wellness, mental health, or health care
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets/Tableau)
Responsibilities
  • Lead the coordination of educational events, including customer communications, scheduling, and staffing
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures related to educational events program management and delivery
  • Provide project management support to facilitate operational improvements
  • Partner with program leadership to determine opportunities for new resources and services to meet customer needs
  • Partner closely with Operations Manager to:
  • Forecast utilization and staffing needs
  • Design, document, and maintain quality assurance processes including contributing to data management
  • Support technical updates and issues related to the technology infrastructure for educational events programming
  • Develop and maintain systems to support digital asset management
