Requirements
  • A High School Diploma is required.
  • Two years of related experience are required.
  • Knowledge of music and standard concepts for small and large music ensembles is required.
  • Experience operating computerized lighting and sound equipment is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of related audio/video software is required.
  • French spoken and read is required, and English spoken and written communication is required.
  • Availability to work days, nights, and weekends is required.
  • CPR and First Aid training are required.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in Canada and willing to work in Quebec at the assigned campus.
Responsibilities
  • Provide support during peak periods and special events in venues and events under Communications and Production.
  • Coordinate backstage, stage, and front-of-house operations.
  • Maintain production logs.
  • Monitor adherence to safety regulations.

The McGill Dobson Centre for Entrepreneurship helps people at McGill turn ideas into startups by providing education, mentorship, and practical startup frameworks. Its goal is to discover, educate, and cultivate world‑class entrepreneurs and to help them build purposeful companies that contribute to the local and global innovation ecosystem.
