Lumivero, a Denver-based data-intelligence software company, has acquired Risk Decisions, an Oxford-based developer of the Predict! suite of risk management software. The financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition enhances Lumivero's integrated risk-management solutions, enabling comprehensive risk-informed decision-making. Risk Decisions has offices in the UK, Canada, and Australia. Lumivero, led by CEO Gareth Morrison, also has offices in Australia and Europe.
