  • While the sucessful candidate will only be required to be in the office 2-3 times per month, he/she must be located within commuting distance to Boston
  • Design and implement Demiurge's People strategy and roadmap
  • Collaborate with and contribute as a trusted advisor and executive coach to senior leaders and managers to address organizational changes and challenges
  • Champion a culture of inclusivity and equity through DE&I initiatives, company policies, and programs
  • Work closely with the leadership team to ensure that Demiurge's org design best supports the achievement of company goals
  • Own and develop talent management, leadership development, business partnership, benefits and compensation programs
  • Lead Demiurge's workforce planning process
  • Continually improve Demiurge's Employee Value Proposition to attract high quality talent
  • Oversee Demiurge's Talent Acquisition team and function
  • Collaborate with other members of the management team to achieve Demiurge's business goals while nurturing the company's culture
  • Evaluate current People team infrastructure and tools, implementing new tools and systems as needed to deliver desired results (HRIS, etc.)
  • Develop insightful reports, metrics and analytics to keep all stakeholders informed and identify trends
  • Strategically build and drive relationships with vendors/agencies/partners, keeping a close eye on performance
  • Ensure all People policies, processes and practices are compliant with Federal, State and Local employment law
