Requirements
  • 10 plus years of experience in financial services

Responsibilities
  • Define and manage internal communications framework within Marketing & Content team, including team meetings, townhalls and using all relevant communication channels.
  • Managing talent development and employee engagement across Marketing.
  • Support the Business Execution & Analytics team and Chief Marketing Officer with strategy planning, operations, analytics, budget planning and reporting tasks.
  • Connecting different teams and stakeholders across Marketing and its partner teams to enable projects to be managed effectively and the Business Execution & Analytics team can achieve it’s objectives.
  • Working with senior stakeholders on presentations and communications, ensuring timely, creative and clear message delivery.
  • Expected to work with business partners across the Marketing and Content organization to help drive efficiencies and get work done effectively.
  • Expected to have a good all round understanding of the marketing goals across Citi and help teams to implement initiatives, through an understanding of processes, technology and structure, and report on commercial outcomes.
  • Areas of responsibility may include managing detailed marketing processes and controls across end-to-end marketing functions.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
