Deliverect, a global restaurant technology platform serving over 95,000 locations across 78 countries, has launched Deliverect AI, a suite of autonomous agents and smart assistants for digital restaurant operations. The system is now available to UK clients, with Australia, New Zealand and North America following. The platform includes Autonomous Menu agents that analyse live purchasing data and automatically reconfigure menu layouts to optimise sales objectives such as average order value or revenue growth. Autonomous Support agents monitor operations in real time, detecting and resolving technical issues before they impact revenue. Smart Assistants enable enterprise brands to transform digital menus within minutes for live events, generating themed imagery and localised descriptions across hundreds of locations simultaneously. Deliverect serves major brands including Burger King, KFC, Taco Bell and Papa John's.
Papa Johns has selected Deliverect to deploy its Smart Dispatch & Delivery Management platform across all US restaurants by the end of 2027. The partnership is part of a multi-year initiative to modernise Papa Johns' fulfilment technology. The AI-powered platform unifies in-house and third-party delivery operations into a single system, connecting ordering channels, point-of-sale and delivery workflows. It uses machine learning to intelligently route orders to the most appropriate delivery fleet, whether in-house drivers or third-party services. The platform provides live visibility into driver assignments, estimated arrival times and delivery performance metrics. Deliverect serves over 75,000 restaurant locations globally and processes 30 million API calls daily. The phased implementation will roll out across participating US locations through 2027.

Thanx and Deliverect partner to deliver first-party ordering and loyalty for restaurants. Strategic partnership delivers a best-in-class, enterprise-grade first-party ordering stack, uniting menu, POS, delivery, payments, loyalty and marketing At Thanx, we believe customer loyalty is a business outcome, not a program." - Zach Goldstein, CEO of Thanx. SAN FRANCISCO, CA, UNITED STATES, March 2, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ - Deliverect, the global leader connecting digital ordering with in-store operations, and Thanx, the leading guest engagement and loyalty platform, today announced a strategic partnership to simplify how restaurants launch and manage integrated first-party digital ordering and loyalty experiences. The collaboration brings together Deliverect's enterprise-grade ordering and delivery management infrastructure and Thanx's proven loyalty, marketing, and ordering UX platform in a turnkey, affordable solution designed to eliminate the technical complexity, high cost, and long implementation timelines that have traditionally limited access to best-in-class digital tools. As the restaurant industry faces mounting pressure to protect profitability amid rising costs and slower traffic, this partnership gives operators an easy way to drive repeat visits and sustainable same-store growth without requiring more IT resources or custom development. "Deliverect is a global leader in order management, so we know how badly restaurants need modern technology that's simple to implement, cost-effective, and reliable," said Justin Falciola, President of the Americas at Deliverect. "We pride ourselves on best-in-class operational metrics that drive revenue, such as order injection rate and menu accuracy. By combining this proven technology and breadth of integrations with Thanx's compelling user experiences and loyalty tools, we are delivering restaurants a new option for first-party digital ordering that they have been desperately seeking." Digital ordering and off-premises dining are more critical today than ever before. Yet restaurants have limited options for driving results through their first-party channels. The Deliverect-Thanx integration bridges that gap, allowing restaurants to convert one-time digital buyers into loyal, repeat guests through seamless, connected experiences. "At Thanx, we believe customer loyalty is a business outcome, not a program. Successful loyalty requires deep guest relationships, personalization, and convenience, especially on digital channels. We're excited to now be able to power our best-in-class apps, ordering experiences, and loyalty programs atop Deliverect's reliable infrastructure for order management and payments across the hundreds of point-of-sale systems they support. Thanx and Deliverect give operators another powerful option for making first-party digital growth simple, data-driven, and sustainable," said Zach Goldstein, Founder and CEO of Thanx. The partnership represents a new category of digital enablement for restaurants, pairing Deliverect's AI-powered order management and extensive integration network (1,000+ integrations) with Thanx's modern loyalty and guest engagement platform, which helps brands grow their engaged guest base by 5x and reduce discount costs by over 80%. Deliverect launches AI tools for restaurant marketing, sales. Photo: Deliverect Deliverect launched a library of artificial intelligence tools on Wednesday designed to automate restaurant operations, marketing and sales without requiring in-house software development. The global food-tech company, known for integrating online orders with point-of-sale systems, developed the "AI Agent Library" in partnership with workflow automation firm n8n. The platform allows restaurants to deploy customizable AI "agents" that utilize real-time data from delivery partners and customer relationship management systems to make automated decisions. The launch marks a shift for Deliverect from purely connecting orders to actively managing restaurant workflows through automation. "The restaurant industry is entering an age of intelligent automation," Zhong Xu, co-founder and CEO of Deliverect, said in a company press release. "We've already connected millions of orders through our platform, but now we're helping restaurants act on that data in real time." According to the company, the library connects to Deliverect's existing server architecture and n8n's no-code engine. At launch, the system includes seven templates that operators can duplicate and customize. Key functions include "order throttling" to manage kitchen preparation times during busy periods, menu optimization to increase digital sales, and automated guest support escalation. KFC pilot program before the public launch. KFC Netherlands tested the technology for its "Secret Box Meal" campaign. The fast-food chain used a "Dynamic Promotion Agent" to manage an online treasure hunt where customers searched for codes to unlock free meals. The AI agent automatically generated and activated rewards within the KFC ordering app once a customer found a code. KFC reported that the system generated over 1,000 promotional codes within hours and drove a 118% sales increase on the day of the campaign. "This was one of our fastest and most effective digital activations," Oussama Badidi, digital director at KFC Netherlands, said in the release. "Deliverect's AI agents allowed us to automate the entire promotion, from detection to delivery, creating a seamless experience for our guests while driving real business impact." Availability and security. The AI Agent Library is available immediately to current Deliverect customers. The company stated that the tools are designed for enterprise scalability, featuring ISO-compliant governance, role-based access, and audit logs. Operators can deploy the agents across multiple locations through Deliverect's APIs. While standard templates are available immediately on a usage basis, restaurants can also design bespoke agents to address specific operational needs. Deliverect serves more than 70,000 restaurant locations globally and processes approximately 30 million API calls daily.
