Requirements
  • 1–3 years of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred
  • Familiarity with roofing, solar, pest control, or other field-based industries a plus
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and close deals
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background/Motor Vehicle Report checks
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Willingness to travel for annual sales training
Responsibilities
  • Self-generate leads and build relationships with homeowners in assigned storm-affected territories through face-to-face outreach to identify roofing and exterior restoration need
  • Conduct property inspections (including roof assessments; must be comfortable climbing ladders)
  • Educate customers on available products, warranties, and services
  • Manage your customer pipeline and maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from inspection to project completion
  • Represent Advocate Construction’s brand and values with professionalism and integrity in every interaction
