Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, health care, or a related field
  • 7+ years relevant work experience or sales experience
  • 3+ years of experience as an ISA, BDR, or SDR in remote/virtual sales to physician practices
Responsibilities
  • Directly manage, coach, and train 5-7 GDRs responsible for prospecting outreach efforts
  • Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed goals
  • Provide strong coaching and mentoring through a deep understanding of sales and our business model
  • Track and monitor individual team performance and execute development plans accordingly
  • Work closely with the Director of Growth Development and other key stakeholders on Growth in the development of regional and market level strategy
