Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required; equivalent work experience may substitute for formal education, with two years of experience equaling one year of education.
  • Three to five years of relevant experience is required.
  • Assembly experience is mandatory.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to communicate critical issues promptly and manage conflicts positively.
  • Ability to identify and address problems proactively.
  • Ability to involve team members in goal-setting and execution.

Responsibilities
  • Comply with policies and procedures.
  • Uphold core values and certification standards, including IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • Treat team members with respect and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management.
  • Lead by example in adhering to safety policies and procedures.
  • Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean working environment.
  • Consistently meet company safety goals.
  • Participate in achieving safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Train new and existing employees while maintaining training documentation.
  • Monitor work operations and provide necessary direction.
  • Address production obstacles proactively and recommend process improvements.
  • Understand and apply Lockout/Tagout procedures.
  • Direct and validate training for team members.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and promote departmental goals.
  • Foster positive relationships with team members and support organizations.
  • Collaborate with the Group Leader to resolve conflicts and enforce discipline.
  • Mentor team members.
  • Meet customer needs and support safe operations, teamwork, and accurate execution of job duties.
Desired Qualifications
  • An Associate's degree is preferred.
