Requirements
  • A minimum of 4-8 years of relevant experience with progressive responsibilities focused on strategy, marketing and project management (healthcare preferred)
  • MBA or graduate degree preferred, but not required (business, natural sciences, or healthcare related field preferred)
  • Experience in people management or team lead experience is preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communicator with all levels of management, executives and outside vendors
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify insights from large data sets
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to lead and manage resources in a highly matrixed organization
  • Strong project management skills including planning, development and delivery
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for translating market insights and Hospital Services value proposition into customer-facing messaging and materials that highlight DaVita Hospital Services as the Partner of Choice for inpatient renal & apheresis services
  • Partners with DaVita Marketing Team to ensure alignment with DaVita branding and strategies, while developing and maintaining all marketing and communication materials for Hospital Services
  • Supports DaVita Business Development Directors and DaVita Operations Teams with creation of customer engagement materials for both acquiring new customers and expanding services/products to existing customers; identifies new opportunities to drive hospital services growth based on customer feedback
  • Leads partnership with external hospital organizations (e.g., American Hospital Association, Beckers, etc) to market Hospital Services core capabilities
  • Leveraging Salesforce, identifies key metrics to evaluate and validate growth initiatives as well as reports and presents on growth performance metrics to senior leadership
  • Manages one Senior Analyst who is responsible to maintain sales and hospital relationship data in Salesforce, including reporting on growth pipeline and hospital wins & losses across divisions
