Requirements
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).
  • U.S. citizenship is required - Only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under these programs/contracts.
Responsibilities
  • Performing/Supporting the software team to design, develop, integrate and test operational and non-operational software updates for our Air Traffic Control (ATC) Product Line software.
  • Updating SW process documentation and work instructions needed to meet ATS SED’s high maturity level software engineering standards and processes.
  • Collaborative working with the software team and leadership to support cost and schedule.
Desired Qualifications
  • May-June 2025 Grads.
  • Experience working across the full software development lifecycle with C/C++ Programming / structured programming in a Unix/Linux based development environment.
  • Familiarity with object-oriented technology and programming languages. Preferably Java.
  • Prior experience in SW testing and debugging source code; experience with ClearCase/ClearQuest, Jira, and Bit-Bucket configuration management.
  • Knowledge of Unix, Red Hat Linux, Python, SQL, Matlab, bash/ksh scripting.
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment that requires frequent multi-level communication with other engineering domains, program management, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of agile, continuous development/continuous integration (CD/CI), and automated testing concepts. Familiar with Test Driven Development (TDD).
