Wieland is hiring a Customer Service Specialist . The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts receivable system and serving as the primary day-to-day point of contact for customers. This role is located in Delaware, OH and will be fully on-site. 

Responsibilities

Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:

• Processes orders, changes, adjustments, and accurately loads into company`s system (AS400).• Communicates to customer acknowledgement of the order.• Answers and addresses customer inquiries in addition to communicating any possible delays.• Maintains up-to-date customer profiles in company`s system.• Prepares and sends invoices in a timely fashion.• Primary internal point of contact for customer after sales.

Customer Service Specialist Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in logistics with international network, preferably with customer service.• High School Diploma Required.• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.• Strong computer skills in Excel and Word required.• Ability to form positive relationships with internal & external customers.• Problem-solving skills.• Detail oriented.• Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus.• Italian language knowledge a plus.
