Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience as an Office 365 Administrator or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of Office 365 components
  • Strong understanding of Office 365 security features and best practices
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for Office 365 automation and administration tasks
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Microsoft certifications such as MCSA: Office 365 or MCSE: Productivity (preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain Office 365 tenant, including user accounts, licenses, and security settings
  • Configure and manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other Office 365 services
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Office 365 services to identify and resolve issues promptly
  • Implement and maintain security measures, including data loss prevention (DLP), conditional access policies, and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Office 365 with other systems and applications
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including policies, procedures, and best practices for Office 365 administration
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on Office 365 applications and features
  • Stay up-to-date with Office 365 updates, new features, and best practices to optimize the environment continuously
  • Assist with Office 365 migration projects, including planning, execution, and post-migration support
