  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
  • Must live locally within one hour of the identified territory.
  • Must provide therapy inside family homes as a regular part of the position.
  • Must maintain a flexible, non-traditional schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Must regularly travel throughout the full identified service territory to meet with families and provide services where needed.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualized therapy to families in home, school, and community settings using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach.
  • Engage family members in therapy and support their involvement in the treatment process, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and positive parenting techniques.
  • Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies while ensuring safety and stability.
  • Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and team case staffing.
