Training Delivery Learning System Administration and Help Desk Support

Chenega Services & Federal Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services’ company, is looking for a Training Delivery Learning System Administration and Help Desk Support who supports the administration, maintenance, and delivery of online learning programs and training services. This position manages learning management systems, publishes and maintains training content, provides technical support to users, conducts quality assurance reviews, and generates training-related reports. The role serves as a key resource for learners and stakeholders, ensuring efficient training operations and a positive user experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain learning management systems and training delivery platforms.
• Configure, publish, update, and manage online courses and educational activities.
• Review training submissions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established standards.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of course content, system data, and training records.
• Generate and distribute training participation, completion, utilization, and continuing education reports.
• Provide help desk support and technical assistance to learners, instructors, and program staff.
• Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, user guides, FAQs, job aids, and other support documentation.
• Monitor support requests and identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate system updates, outages, and operational concerns to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with program teams to support training delivery and system enhancements.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Education, Training and Development, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting learning management systems, training operations, technical support, or program administration.
• Experience administering web-based systems or enterprise applications.
• Experience providing customer service, help desk support, or technical assistance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Education, Instructional Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience administering learning management systems such as TRAIN, Cornerstone, Moodle, SuccessFactors, Blackboard, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting continuing education, workforce development, healthcare, public health, or government training programs.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and training performance metrics.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and online learning environments.
• Experience creating SOPs, knowledge base articles, and system documentation.
