Requirements
  • Minimum five grade A to C GCSEs, including English and Mathematics.
  • Previous experience in business administration and front-of-house or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Responsibilities
  • Handle telephone calls and enquiries efficiently, courteously, and professionally.
  • Receive clients, visitors, and suppliers and notify relevant staff members about deliveries.
  • Keep the front of house and meeting rooms clean and presentable.
  • Assist with office administration, including processing invoices, maintaining accurate records in business systems, and helping implement building and safety requirements.
  • Assist with general administrative duties for partners and the wider team.
  • Coordinate and organize local marketing and events, including preparing and monitoring invitations.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems, ensuring data accuracy and supporting data-cleansing initiatives.
  • Research and book venues and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Coordinate and monitor e-brief communications and other internal communications activities.
  • Support client onboarding activities, including referrals, conflict checks, and customer relationship management maintenance.
  • Book partner and director client-team lunches, presentations, and local networking events.
  • Assist with event administration, including badges, place settings, and document or presentation packs.
  • Coordinate internal local networking across the business.

Based in London, Stoddart will work alongside partner Victoria Kisseleva to expand the firm's consumer sector operations across its 31 regional UK offices. He joins the firm with nearly 20 years' experience in corporate finance, having previously worked as a director supporting travel and leisure clients at a leading advisory firm. During his career, he advised on high-profile transactions in the sector, including the recent sale of golf travel operator Golfbreaks to Sports Tours International. In his new role, Stoddart will collaborate with internal teams spanning corporate restructuring, forensic services, financial advisory, real estate advisory and debt advisory. Based in London, Walters brings more than 15 years of M&A advisory experience. He previously held senior roles at an accounting firm and a Big Four firm where he focused on mid-market acquisitions, investments and exits across IT cybersecurity and AI subsectors. Share Search You are here: 22nd Jul 2026 15:01 (Sharecast News) - FRP Advisory reported a seventh consecutive year of revenue and profit growth on Wednesday, with revenue rising 16% to £177.0m in the year ended 30 April and adjusted underlying EBITDA increasing 12% to £46.1m. Adjusted profit before tax grew 12% to £41.4m, while reported pre-tax profit increased 13% to £35.5m. The AIM-traded business ended the year debt-free with net cash of £26.2m and increased its total dividend by 7% to 5.8p per share. It said all five advisory divisions delivered growth, supported by 10% organic revenue growth and acquisitions including One Advisory and Arc & Co, which launched its new real estate advisory division. FRP said trading at the start of the new financial year had been in line with expectations and it remained confident in its medium-term outlook, supported by continued demand for restructuring, corporate finance and advisory services.
