Responsibilities
  • Utilize Barbaricum-provided tools and personal network to identify qualified personnel for current opportunities and for business development/ future opportunities
  • Develop relationships with local stakeholders in public, private, and academic circles to build talent pipelines based on program needs
  • Develop position descriptions, job postings, and sponsorship campaigns based on a thorough understanding of Government Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Performance Work Statements (PWS)
  • Interview and assess applicants and sourced candidates, providing rigorous feedback to inform the hiring process
  • Recommend participation in and attend events in the region with a focus on talent relevant to current and future needs
