Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Accounting or other related field
  • 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in insurance/reinsurance, finance, consulting, or operations
  • Strong MS Excel skills and the ability to create compelling exhibits for an executive audience
  • Desire to learn in a very dynamic environment with vertical exposure to organization leaders
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply skills learned on the job in a rapid and effective manner
  • Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills enabling effective communication across a wide range of audiences

Responsibilities
  • Act as a direct point of contact for our carrier partners in support of daily operations
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination in support of the daily operations of our partners.
  • Develop an intimate familiarity with SageSure’s insurance products and communicate relevant changes to our carrier partners
  • Support the delivery of statutory/regulatory reporting and data calls, audits, and other compliance-related activities
  • Partner cross-functionally to support the development of additional management reporting and ensure the timely delivery to all internal and external parties
  • Build, maintain, and improve low/no code automated processes to drive further efficiency of the team
  • Support the Carrier Operations team with the creation of presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the development of an operational scorecard to regularly monitor our performance and use results to drive process improvements
  • Develop operational resource documentation and process guides
