  • 5-10 years of property experience in property/casualty insurance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or related field
  • Experience in responding to DOI/ BBB Matters
  • Excellent written communication
  • Experience responding to Market Conduct Exams is preferred but not required
  • Eye for innovation and process improvement, especially leveraging technology
  • Demonstrated project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Quality Auditing experience
  • Strong knowledge of Homeowners insurance coverages
Responsibilities
  • Review, access, log, and track responses to DOI, BBB, and consumer complaints
  • Collaborate with Claims and Underwriting departments to prepare complaint responses for legal review
  • Review responses and apply general understanding of coverage, evaluations, denials and internal processes
  • Partner with Claims, Underwriting, Insurance Product, and Corporate legal/compliance to respond to Market Conduct Examinations
  • Assist, monitor and track compliance controls for Internal Audit team
