Requirements
  • Proven experience in project or program management, with a focus on change management, within a large matrixed organization.
  • Experience delivering complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders and functions.
  • Strong knowledge of project management disciplines, including planning, governance, risk management, dependency management, and reporting.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders and presenting clear, concise updates to leadership.
  • Ability to work in a structured way while remaining adaptable in fast-paced and changing environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze issues, assess impacts, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Ability to communicate and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience using standard project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
  • Lead complex programs and projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, governance, RAID logs, and status reporting to provide visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, driving alignment, accountability, and timely decision-making across workstreams.
  • Manage project scope, change control, and prioritization to keep delivery focused on business outcomes.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, escalating where appropriate and driving practical resolutions.
  • Support the design and implementation of operating model, process, technology, or change initiatives according to program needs.
  • Build relationships with business leaders, subject matter experts, and delivery partners to enable effective collaboration.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with organizational standards, governance requirements, and best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and embedding more effective ways of working across projects and programs.
Desired Qualifications
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work across multiple workstreams with stakeholders, often unsupervised.
  • Experience leading transformation, operating model, process improvement, or technology-enabled change initiatives.
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed, or global organizations.
  • Confidence navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to loosely defined problems.
