  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in customer support, customer success, client services, or technical support.

  • Demonstrated ability to use data to improve key performance indicators such as Net Promoter Score, Customer Satisfaction, and other support metrics.
  • Experience implementing contact reduction strategies, ticket deflection, self-service knowledge bases, automation, or Artificial Intelligence tools.
  • Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management and collaborating with product and engineering teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the long-term vision, mission, and roadmap for the global Customer Support department.
  • Develop and implement a scalable 24x7 global support strategy across chat, email, and in-app channels.
  • Lead key programs focused on inbound contact reduction, Net Promoter Score improvement, and Service Level Agreement optimization.
  • Analyze support interaction trends to proactively address customer pain points and improve product usability.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to influence roadmaps and prioritize bug fixes based on support data.
  • Leverage automation, Artificial Intelligence, and self-service tools to enhance the speed and quality of support.
  • Represent the Customer Support function in leadership meetings and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Success teams on tooling requirements, process design, and automation projects.
  • Oversee the hiring, onboarding, enablement, and staffing strategy for the support organization.
  • Manage and mentor support team leads and individual contributors through coaching, feedback, and career development.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators including Customer Satisfaction, Service Level Agreements, backlog, and quality scores.
