Requirements
  • 10+ years in trading or execution services within financial services, especially in Equities, ETFs, Fixed Income, and Options, with at least 5 years of management experience.
  • Active FINRA Series 4, 7, 24, 57 (or commitment to obtaining within six months).
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, trading technology, and API/FIX protocols.

Responsibilities
  • Drive growth, scalability, and innovation in trading operations, with a particular emphasis on Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and other non-Equity asset classes.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure best execution across all asset classes, oversee compliance with regulations such as SEC 606 and 607, and continuously monitor performance against industry benchmarks.
  • Develop and implement effective and robust risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate trading risks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with market makers, exchanges, and dealers to support multi-asset class trading.
  • Identify and implement trading technology enhancements to optimize efficiency, transparency, and compliance.
  • Partner with product, engineering, legal, compliance, operations, and risk teams to align trading strategies with organizational goals.
  • Oversee financial models and projections for trading P&L, optimizing profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze complex financial data, identify market trends, and develop strategic solutions to support informed trading decisions.
  • Stay ahead of market structure, execution trends, and regulatory developments to inform and guide strategy.
