  • Use technology to optimize your personal workflow and have significant expertise in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Slack, Workday, and Paylocity in a professional environment
  • Strong customer/client service skills and ability to communicate (written and verbal) with all levels of organization, both internal and external
  • Anticipates problems (and advances when appropriate), demonstrates strong prioritization and organization skills, catches errors, and takes action to complete tasks accurately and on time
  • Ability to take initiative, and make fair and consistent decisions that align with our strategy and values
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment to proactively anticipate and solve problems and prioritize effectively
  • Able to approach your work with a positive and collaborative approach and a sense or humor and desire to build a fun and enjoyable working environment

  • Preferred: Associates or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. High school diploma or GED required
  • Interact with our employees at varying levels within the organization, as well as our external applicants
  • Support the staffing needs of the distribution center by ensuring our teams are set up for employee orientation
  • Ensure compliance with Federal and State employment regulations and company policy in all areas of employment (including hiring, promotion, transfers, resignations, and terminations)
  • Work to implement our compensation and benefits programs in a timely manner, follow the appropriate timekeeping and record keeping practices, and assist with any questions as needed
  • Complete ad hoc projects which include coordination of building cyclical processes and new initiatives
  • Mange employee HR operations support, including but not limited to benefits questions, Workday issues, LOAs, onboarding, and offboarding, special projects, bringing up concerns to leadership as appropriate
  • Work with the Director, People Operations on compliance with all federal and state employment and safety laws
  • Ensure that training programs are performed in a timely manner, and that there is an accurate record of regulatory and corporate training
  • Partner cross-functionally with HRBPs, Recruiting, IT and Finance on larger projects and initiatives to integrate people solutions and provide support where needed
  • Work efficiently both individually and as a team, by sharing your ideas, and adapting to change
  • Report to work on time and complete job tasks assigned accurately and on time to contribute to the overall distribution center results
