Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • State criminal background check and Federal (if applicable), as required for regulated areas.
  • One (1) year of scheduling experience.
Responsibilities
  • Monitors scheduling activities in assigned areas to ensure patient satisfaction, accurate scheduling, proper information being collected, and checking in and out of patients.
  • Performs all duties of centralized scheduling including, but not limited to, checking in and out patients, scheduling and registering patients, obtaining required information, and collecting time of service payments.
  • Ensures all supplies, materials, and equipment are available for proper performance of duties; reports equipment malfunctions to supervisor.
  • Identifies and communicates need for scheduling modifications and development.
  • Responds to all patient communication in a timely manner.
  • Assists in training employees in scheduling practices.
