Tenstorrent is looking for an FAE Lead to support our growing customer base as they build Deep Learning models on Tenstorrent hardware. If you’re enthusiastic about Machine Learning, are a competent software engineer lead, and enjoy working with other people, this is your opportunity to be at the bleeding edge of AI processing.

Responsibilities

Establish relationships with key customer engineering contacts and decision-makers
Technical engagement with customers from initial prospect to post-sales support.
Understand customer requirements, and deliver technical presentations, reports, documents, and technology demonstrations.
Support regional sales team in all sales and business development related activities.
Work closely with internal engineering teams to ensure that they are meeting the customers’ needs and be a conduit to the customer

Experience & Qualifications

BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
8+ years of experience in the EDA or semiconductor IP industry.
Prior experience as an FAE or in a customer facing technical support role.
Knowledge of embedded programming including Arm or RISC-V assembly code.
Understanding of processor design, how a CPU pipeline works.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Entitlement to work in the USA
Ability and willingness to travel, potentially up to 15% of the time.
