Process Improvement Manager

Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The Ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of an Elevance Health PulsePoints location.

The Process Improvement Manager will be responsible for process improvement projects to increase the quality, performance and automation of a business unit.

How you will make an impact:

• Provides process improvement methodology, coaching and training to associates and team members who are participating in process improvement projects.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams in the identification, research and implementation of automation of process improvements.

• Delivering projects of significant scope.

• Develops, manages and implements internal and external process improvement projects with team members who work across regional and enterprise wide organizational structures and with external parties (providers and trade organizations) to formulate consensus on improvements and to implement internal and external systems, policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 5 years process improvement or project management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate & Power Apps) development experience preferred.

• Hands-on Development Language (Visual Basic, SQL, JSON) experience preferred.

• Statistical Analysis experience preferred.

• Automation/Process testing experience preferred.

• Relational Database Reporting experience preferred.

• Development experience within Data Verse, SharePoint, Nintex and Tableau preferred.

• Microsoft Certifications Preferred:

  • Power Platform Fundamentals – PL-900

  • Power Platform App Maker Associate – PL-100

  • Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate – PL-200

  • Power Platform Developer Associate – PL-400

  • Power Platform Solution Architect Expert - PL-600

  • Power BI Data Analyst Associate - PL-300

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $94,484 to $141,726
