Bankrate, a Red Ventures company, is seeking a Senior Associate of Business Operations to support our team as we scale our strategic partnerships in the Financial Services space through Affiliate Marketing. Key components of this role are financial & operational performance reporting and reviews, annual planning and forecasting, optimizing revenue and audience growth for our partners, and ad hoc operational projects. The role will also drive critical business decisions by assessing implications to our financial performance, diving deep on strategic questions. You will become a close partner with

What You’ll Do:
- Manage both day-to-day and strategic operations, including formulating, designing, implementing and
executing strategic initiatives and processes.
- Oversee operational and financial metrics reporting, run root cause analysis on performance, and act
as the go to source of knowledge for current and historical data; enabling our partners and Account
Managers to make the best decisions.
- Prepare internal and external reporting deliverables; analyze trends & drivers and work with our
partners and stakeholders to optimize conversion funnels and profitability.
- Manage, curate, and consolidate monthly financial results and annual planning: understand forecast
vs. actual variances, conduct regular financial reviews for Business Leaders, and partner with the
Accounting Team to improve financial processes.
- Work closely with Data Engineers and Data Analysts to understand data infrastructure, troubleshoot
data gaps, and ensure data integrity.
- Drive cross-functional effort to evaluate financial impact and implement near- and long term strategic
initiatives. Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and accountability for metrics and results.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least two years of relevant experience in a highly quantitative and analytical environment.
- Comfortable with handling, analyzing and evaluating large and complex data sets. You are able to
draw insights and convey recommendations succinctly.
- Self-starting, results-driven performer with a passion for data and operational excellence
- Strong business acumen, with analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to understand how
business model decisions impact operating model design/execution.
- Proactive, have a positive attitude, is well-organized and process-oriented, and is adept and managing
competing deadlines and priorities.
- Strong communicator and can story-tell with data to create impactful visualizations and clear
structures.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and proficient with SQL (familiarity with Looker is an advantage).
- You can build strong relationships and collaborate with multiple stakeholders in various levels and
functional groups within the organization

Compensation:
Cash Compensation Range: $90,000 - $130,000*
*Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
