  • 6+ years of experience executing campaigns in a marketing operations role; ideally at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • Understanding of marketing technology, ability to act as admin to multiple tools in the marketing toolstack
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo (certification preferred) marketing automation solutions (Marketo preferred)
  • Knowledge of lead lifecycle management and how data flows between tools
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, to collaborate while managing expectations and priorities and to credibly and compellingly present and debate your recommendations with peers and senior management
  • Knowledge of best practices, processes and systems that will allow us to scale; ability to find and replace inaccuracies and inefficiencies
  • Strong problem solving, analysis, prioritization, tactical execution and planning skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Skilled in managing numerous simultaneous projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with changing needs and priorities
  • Own the marketing operations roadmap, ensuring marketing technology is evaluated, selected, implemented and customized to meet the needs of a high-growth global marketing department (includes budget and contract processes)
  • Build, implement and monitor tech stack integrations to Marketo and Salesforce, such as current systems 6sense, Wistia, GoToWebinar and Drift
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to manage and optimize workflows including lead routing, data sync, MQL processes and reporting
  • In partnership with other members on the ops team, own the email operations practice in Marketo, including nurture operations, scoring and testing strategy, and perform all aspects of email campaigns (ie strategy, development, segmentation)
  • Monitor and maintain data quality and data integrity within the marketing database, ensuring accuracy and minimizing bad or incomplete data
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA and other global marketing regulations
  • Collaborate with the product, content, web and demand generation teams to optimize systems and create processes that will help drive strategies and solutions for improving campaign performance
  • Communicate proactively with peers, managers, and leadership to maintain alignment, transparency, and accountability across a variety of key business priorities and stakeholders
  • Lead and train other operations team members on campaign delivery processes and best practices as well as tool stack integration
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in marketing operations, including global data privacy requirements and regulations
  • Continuously identify areas to drive implementation of operations and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity across all Marketing disciplines
